The Robe of the Five Sisters is sold by Commander Oxheart and Jaluu the Generous for 457 gold.
There are two other versions of this dress (same color and design) also available in game. One is only available to mages priests and warlocks.
The other one; Amaranthine Robe; is available to all and is much cheaper than the Robe of the Five Sisters.
