This dress is sold by Yrma in exchange for 1  Robes of Faltered Light and 1  Sunmote. These 2 items can be obtained in Sunwell Plateau.

Tailors can also craft a similar dress (same color and same art,) however the dress is bound on pick-up meaning only the crafter can wear the dress.
